Cousins in Texas Blue Bonnets

Our purpose of Spring Break this year was to travel to Texas to meet Charley's birth connections. Its been almost 8 years since we took Charley into our home and 6+ years since he has seen his Aunt Amy and Uncle Brian and their children Hayden, Kayla, and Lindsey. Time sure flies and children grow up! We had a great visit and would do it again. The kids all played and got acquainted, the adults visited, and ate well!

We also met Charley's great grandparents who Charley had not met and for whom Charley was named. Charles Houston Massey. Charley is now Charles Houston Cummins. That introduction also went well and we had a great visit one afternoon.

Our only regret was not having more time. With Cariyana's recent hospitalization, the trip had to be trimmed down. And Granbury, Texas is 16 hours from Blue Grass.
